Project 4 - The new self-powered automatic watch collection from Shore Projects

The subject of a recent Kickstarter Campaign is the new Project 4 range of self-powered automatic watches from boutique watchmaker Shore Projects.

Project 4 has been 2 years in the making; after many prototypes, tweaking of colours and designs it is now just how it was meant to be and production will be limited to just 200 watches in each style.

Taking inspiration from the great dive watches of the 1960's, and adding a modern twist the result is Project 4, a collection of self-powered timepieces which come in 4 unique designs; Whitby, Selsey, Tenby and Penzance. The reverse of the watch shows the Shore Projects branded gold contrasting semi-lunar rotor plate which can be seen through the crystal sapphire reverse casing.

The interchangeable strap mechanisms make it easy to swap straps on a daily basis, so the look of each watch can change in a few seconds.

All Shore Projects watches are designed in Britain and influenced by vintage designs, combined with strong modern day build quality. Using precision manufacturing processes, this allows the watches to withstand the demands of everyday living. They are made with stainless steel cases and have crystal sapphire glass. They are also waterproofed and designed for swimming in the sea.

Note to Editors:

Shore Projects is an established watch brand that holds a deep passion for timeless, quality products that can be worn every day. Their inspiration is drawn from the natural beauty and fun of the British seaside but, as they are not the only British born brand sharing the same ethos and love for this little island we call home, they also showcase other brands on their website that create awesome products on these fair shores.
