Local Surrey coaching experts awarded with exceptional qualification from International Coaching Federation
Two business leaders from The Learning Corporation LLP receive global qualification
The Learning Corporation LLP, a Guildford based firm of experienced leadership trainers and business coaches, has announced that two partners have received the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation from theInternational Coaching Federation (ICF). With this qualification only considered from those who have at least 750 hours of client coaching experience, Richard Fox and Ray Lamb of The Learning Corporation join a select number of less than 200 coaches in the UK that hold this qualification.
On top of the 750 hours of client coaching experience, the application requirement for the PCC qualification includes undergoing 125 hours of coach specific training, 10 hours work with a qualified Mentor Coach, a written exam, a recording of a live coaching session that is submitted for assessment and finally a live coaching session that is assessed by an observer. Richard and Ray have collectively completed over 5000 hours of coaching over the last twelve years.
