Doncaster e-learning business wins top UK digital award

Hello there

I wanted to share with you some success for our organisation at the UK's most prestigious digital awards last night. Our organisation, Highfield e-learning, took a silver medal prize on the night, adding to the gold we won in 2017, both for our work with Marks & Spencer.

I have copied below some information on the awards and hope it is of interest, but please let me know if you require any further information.

I've also attached a picture of our MD Chris Sprenger, who provides a quote below.

Kind regards

Doncaster e-learning business wins top UK digital award

A Doncaster-based e-learning company is celebrating after winning a top prize at the UK's biggest digital learning awards this month.

Highfield e-learning, which is part of the Highfield Group, won a silver medal in the ‘Excellence in the design of learning content - UK commercial sector' for an e-learning duty manager course it developed for Marks & Spencer.

The awards are one of the biggest in Europe, and open to some of the most famous digital names in the world. The judges were particularly impressed by Highfield's highly interactive, scenario-based training, which focuses on potential real-life situations, their consequences and how managers can make a huge difference by acting quickly.

It is the second year the Lakeside-based digital company has enjoyed success at the awards after taking a gold medal in the ‘Best use of learning technologies to ensure compliance application' category in 2017.

Chris Sprenger, Highfield MD, said, ‘This is a huge achievement for Highfield e-learning and for our dedicated team. I'm extremely proud of the work we do with some of the biggest names in business, and the proven outcome and impact our e-learning delivers for them.

I genuinely believe we have one of the best offers in terms of both off-the-shelf and bespoke e-learning, and it's immensely satisfying to see that recognised in these awards'.

Highfield e-learning is part of the Highfield Group, one of the UK's leading educational organisations and publishers, and winner of the Queen's Award for Enterprise in 2016, a Learning Technologies Award in 2017 and Awarding Organisation of the Year in 2018.

The organisation has three offices across Doncaster and is one of the UK's largest exam boards, being actively involved in the development of the UK workforce and productivity, as well as contributing to government plans for three million apprenticeships by 2020.
