Debutant Doctor's Ed Fringe show a sell-out 

Dr Kevin Jones, who debuts at the Edinburgh Fringe for a week's run commencing 20 August, has sold out three of his six shows already, with 90% of all tickets gone.

Former Perrier Comedy Award judge Paul Maguire commented, ‘For a debut act to virtually sell-out a week before the run at the Edinburgh Fringe is unheard of, as far as I am aware.'

Dr Jones was equally amazed. ‘When we started on this road I did not for a moment think we'd sell-out at the Fringe. There are still a few tickets left for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (21 - 23 August), but 90% have gone. I was extremely nervous about all this to start with but now I am confident that things will go well and I am getting truly excited about the prospect,' he concluded.
