Start-up estate agency Dourish and Day (D&D) has enlisted expert business advice as it looks to build on a record first year in business characterised by five-fold growth and prestigious industry award wins.

Providing exceptional service which resulted in numerous recommendations and with an eye catching brand, the Stafford-based company quickly established itself as market leader in the town.Recognising the need to manage its expansion,Dourish & Daydecided to work with award-winning business advisors Howards Chartered Certified Accountants to maximise local and regional opportunitiesand to aid Dourish & Day's expansion plans.

Howards' director Ryan Hudson says: "In March last year Steve Dourish and Jeremy Day set up their business - it was just the two of them working out oftheir high streetoffice. Dourish & Day'saccomplishments are attributed to delivering an unrivalled customer experience and introducing residential lettings without tenant application fees. With plans to open branch offices across Staffordshire, creating jobs for local people, the directors appreciate the importance of managing expectations.
