DECAL Wide format media launches new authorised reseller program to support print service providers

Digidelta, the manufacturer of DECAL environmentally friendly wide format print media, has created a unique new reseller partner program aimed at helping its customers grow their business and support their PSP customers.

DECAL - Think Greenis a high quality and environmentally friendly brand of PVC and Solvent-Free materials for the wide format digital print market suitable for graphic exhibition, signage and display, decor, textile and labelling.

Innovation

DECAL is the first European media manufacturer to produce 100% PVC and Solvent free medias across their product lines. They manufacture medias for all ink types including UV LED and Latex.

"Innovation is what drives us to improve and invent new medias for every ink type to enhance our visual world," continues Armando, "An example of this is our new overlamination process for UV LED printing which eliminates the 'silvery' effect often seen on other medias. We also have a range of new medias compatible with HP Latex printers for the emerging textiles and décor market."

DECAL's media factory is the most modern in Europe and uses the best in European raw materials to manufacture their high quality wide format medias. They have also designed a unique communication tool with a QR code printed on the back liner of each roll or box of material which gives full traceability should an issue occur.

The customer can scan the QR code using the app and this will then send all the batch information to the reseller and, in turn, the manufacturing team in Portugal, who can then quickly remedy any potential issue and identify any further batches that may be in the system.

"This system of complete traceability is totally unique in the industry and reinforces our commitment to maintaining high quality standards for print service providers, signmakers and specifiers all over the globe," adds Armando.
