KWB SECURES KIDDERMINSTER’S LARGEST OFFICE LETTING
FOR FIVE YEARS
Birmingham independent commercial property agency KWB has secured the largest office letting in Kidderminster for the past five years.
Acting on behalf of landlord Morbaine, Malcolm Jones of KWB’s Office Agency team let 5,000 sq ft of office space at Elgar House, Green Street, Kidderminster, West Midlands, DY10 1JL, to trade union Community.
Formed by the merger of the Iron and Steel Trades Confederation (ISTC) and the National Union of Knitwear, Footwear & Apparel Trades (KFAT), Community is a general trade union representing workers in the iron and steel, domestic appliance manufacturing, clothing, textiles, footwear, road transport, betting and gaming and call centre sectors, as well as workers in voluntary organisations, workshops for visually impaired and disabled people, community-care providers and housing associations.
