About Aubrey Logan:

A graduate of Boston's esteemed Berklee College of Music, in 2009 Logan was the winner of the Audience Choice Award and took 1st Place at the Shure-Montreux Jazz Voice Competition at the Montreux Jazz Festival. She has an incredible vocal gift, sensitivity for translating thoughts into song, and a wicked way of jamming on a trombone that is gaining her a huge reputation on both sides of the pond.

Aubrey has shared the stage with the likes of Burt Bacharach, Linda Ronstadt, Smokey Robinson and Pharrell Williams and recorded with Patrice Rushen, Josh Groban and Quincy Jones, amongst others.
 

She has just announced therelease of her new single, "Pistol," later this month. "Pistol" is the first single to be released from Logan's forthcoming debutalbum,Impossible. "We titled itImpossiblebecause so many people were saying it couldn't be done, that we couldn't pull together an album with such a diversity of styles and genres." Indeed, works on the album range from those of Logan's original compositions to the hip-hop of MC Hammer and the operatic melodies of Georges Bizet.
