PRESS RELEASE
Dealer forum launched for users of 1link Service Network
A new dealer forum for epyx’s 1link Service Network e-commerce platform has just been launched.
The body will represent the 16,000 franchise dealers, independent garages and fast fits that provide service and maintenance to major fleet operators through 1link Service Network.
The new forum will be patterned after the existing 1link Service Network Customer Forum that speaks for the interests of fleet users and operates entirely independently of epyx.
It will review the latest functionality delivered through the platform while providing comment and feedback on the system and its development as a whole.
The forum’s overall objective is focussed on how 1link Service Network can provide greater efficiencies and deliver higher service standards to repairers.
Gary Gibson, head of customer services at epyx, said: “The existing 1link Customer Forum has been very successful in helping us develop the platform towards the needs of fleet customers and it makes sense for us to have a similar body for the other end of the supply chain.
“We have recruited a dozen representatives from among our users to sit on the new 1link Dealer Forum with the inaugural meeting taking place last week. It was well received and we are very much looking forward to building on this initial success.”
