GJS DILLON TO MARKET BLACK COUNTRY DEVELOPMENT SITE

Worcestershire commercial property consultancy GJS Dillon Limited has been appointed to market a prime residential development site in Cradley Heath.

The 2.691 acre site which fronts on to Chester Road, adjacent to Cradley Heath railway station, has lapsed planning consent for 46 residential dwellings, but is also suitable for commercial development.

The freehold of the whole site is available, (subject to planning) with a guide price of £1,650,000, although consideration will be given to purchasers wishing to acquire part of the site only.

“The lapsed planning permission was granted for the construction of 41 two-, three- and four-bedroom houses with five one- and two-bedroom apartments on a smaller area than is now being offered for sale,” says GJS Dillon Managing Director, John Dillon.

“This site now represents a good opportunity for both residential and commercial developers.”
