Anyone at a turning point in their life is being invited to a special half-day workshop to be run by a Stafford-based psychotherapist. Entitled ‘What The Body Knows' the workshop is ideal for people who want to increase their self awareness, whether in their professional life, relationships, parenting or for making new choices about the future.
The workshop which is taking place on Saturday 18th June in Stafford, offers useful resources for anyone who wants more vitality in life, or to step beyond limiting attitudes and outworn habits.
Sue Tupling, psychotherapist said: "You may be feeling depressed, isolated, stuck or anxious - either in your personal life or at work. This type of group is very powerful in supporting people in their growth as a person, in the company of others committed to the same journey. Using this method, people report increased improvement and clarity in handling life dilemmas."
Pesso Boyden Therapy (PBSP) is a powerful therapeutic process that helps people to understand the ways they have learned to limit their lives. In the safety of a small expertly led group, clients experience the possibility of moving beyond unhelpful patterns of behaviour. They gain profound insight into how the past influences their present behaviour and relationships.
The workshop is at a special discounted price of £20 if booked before Monday 13th June.
It will run on Saturday 18th June from 10am-1pm at St Albans House, St Albans Road, Stafford, ST16 3DP.
If you would like to get involved or find out any more information about the workshops please contact Sue Tupling on 07411178380 or visit the website www.embodiedliving.co.uk for more details.
