In-House Show | A Selection of New Work by the Leach Studio Team

This early summer in-house exhibition showcases the work of the Leach Pottery studio team and provides a unique snapshot of current talent, artistry and design innovation from all areas of the Leach organisation.
The show includes new work by Honorary Lead Potter John Bedding and each member of the Pottery's international studio team, including Lead Production Potter Roelof Uys from South Africa and skilled production potters Kat Wheeler and Britta James from the USA and Germany respectively, apprentices Callum Trudgeon and Matt Foster of St Ives, both recipients of the Seasalt training bursary, and volunteers Jordan Scott of Canada and Laurence Eastwood of the UK.
From the Museum, Gallery, Learning & Participation teams and the Board of Trustees the show also includes work by Jo Wason, Amanda Brier, Jackie Clark and David Griffin.
The exhibition gives visitors a unique opportunity to see the quality and depth of contemporary Leach production and see the individual work of the 2016 Leach team, from fledging apprentice to that of established master potter.
This exhibition runs from 28 May to 10 July in the Leach Pottery Entrance Gallery. All works are for sale.

The Leach Pottery is managed by the Bernard Leach (St Ives) Trust Ltd, a registered charity founded in 2005 reg. no 1111263. The primary objectives of the trust are to further the development of studio pottery, provide training in the art, craft and making of pottery and to advance the public education of the life and work of Bernard Leach and his circle.
