Fused glass designer Jo Downs marks 20 years in business
with the launch of her all new Jute Bag Collection 

Fused Fused glass artist Jo Downs is one of the UKs most recognised designers. Having opened her first small studio in London in 1996, she now owns a string of galleries across Cornwall and the South East and has an international reputation for the beauty and quality of her hand-crafted work.

2016 marks her 20th year in business and in celebration Easter saw the launch of the all new Jo Downs Jute Bag. Bags cost between £5 and £7 each and include her iconic Cornish Pilchards and Rockpool designs, along with a Limited Edition 20th Year design.

And this summer, as part of a full year of special promotions and events, Jo Downs customers can enter a free draw to win a multi piece collection from her Cornish Pilchards range worth over £300, which includes a gorgeous mirror, feature bowl and signed art frame, and can sign up for the chance to win £200 worth of Jo Downs gift vouchers every month from May to September.

Jo Downs Handmade Glass

One of the world's most prominent fused glass artists, British designer Jo Downs’ handcrafted work is inspired by the coastal setting of her Cornwall galleries. Jo’s range of beautiful giftware includes coasters, bowls, hangings, candle holders and seasonal gifts, alongside her much sought after statement interior pieces such as wall panels and art frames.

Jo has also developed her studio to undertake larger architectural and interior projects. Her innovative designs have earned her commissions for cruise liners, hotels, churches and corporate headquarters.
