Putting Cannock on the map; local online marketing business wins ‘Business of the Year'

Some of the West Midlands' biggest charities, manufacturers and community organisations recently competed for the region's coveted ‘Business of the Year' award. The prestigious annual event, (In Touch With Walsall Anniversary and Awards Gala) held at The Goldmine Centre, was designed to reward businesses that have helped the local economy grow.

Cannock based Online Marketing Surgery [OMS], represented at the event by Directors David Khan and Carly Simpson, won the title of ‘Business of the Year' award after other companies in the area voted for them to receive the accolade. Local MP, Amanda Milling MP, personally visited the team at OMS, praising them for their contribution to helping put Cannock Chase on the map as an area that can nurture new businesses.

Amanda Milling MP said, "I would like to congratulate Online Marketing Surgery on winning the prestigious 'Business of the Year Award' at the In Touch With Walsall Anniversary and Awards Gala. I am delighted that a local Cannock Chase business has won this award. This is another example of Cannock Chase being home to many fantastic local businesses, continuing to put our area on the map for the place to set up and grow a business".
