The Launch of a New PR and Apprentice Blog

A Midlands-based strategic public relations and content marketing agency has just launched a new blog, to highlight the opportunities in PR for young people.

The new apprentice and PR blog by Changeworks Communications is aimed at people who want a real life, honest and genuine insight into the life of a PR apprentice.

Jordan Dalziel, PR and Marketing assistant at Changeworks, decided to help others and give them a future to look forward to, through ‘The Juice' blog. Changeworks is keen to support apprenticeships through the Public Relations Consultants Association (PRCA) and give others an insight of what it is like.

Jordan said: "Always research the role you are applying for and what your day to day responsibilities will be. It is important to have an understanding of the company you will be working for and what work they are involved in.

"This research should go hand-in-hand with your awareness, it never hurts to identify some of the company's current topics, current topics, and check out their website and discover their social media pages.

"Since launching the blog last week, one of the readers and a good friend, applied for an apprenticeship and I am delighted to say she landed the role. I have received some great feedback and I am happy to continue writing to help others," Jordan added.
