The Secret Truffletier to stock Jane Abbott's Chinaware collection 

The Secret Truffletier the specialist manufacturer of chocolates, truffles, bars and hollow figures for some of the finest retailers and chocolate brands in the UK is to stock a range of Jane Abbott Chinaware.

Based inWoolmer Green,The Secret Truffletier's factory shop will stock Jane Abbott's very popular Dancing Hen egg cups and mugs alongside their famous chocolates, truffles and bars.

The Secret Truffletier has craftedchocolates,truffles, bars and hollow figures for some of the finest retailers and chocolate brands in the UK. The family-run business has been innovating and crafting since 1970, initially beginning life in a basement kitchen in Finchley Road, London before later moving to a much larger manufacturing site in Hertfordshire.

Both local businesses plan to work together closely to offer a special complementary range of products, including over Easter.

Nina Luder, director of The Secret Truffletier, said: "We fell in love with Jane's range of kitchenware and felt there were some great synergies between the two companies, which we will develop in the future. Over the Easter period, for example, we will sell the egg cups and mugs with delicious hand crafted Easter eggs, making a perfect gift set. The authentic countryside animals that Jane paints on her chinaware are novel and amusing, which I believe will sell well in our store."

Jane Abbott has been designing and creating illustrations since the 1990s and while the business is based in Hertfordshire, she takes inspiration from the Highlands and the Cotswolds where she was raised. With a contemporary take on the countryside, the designs are witty yet elegant; Jane's collection is full of English quirky charm. Her unique hand painted designs take a light-hearted look at the rural scenery and captures memories of her own upbringing.
