DIECI presents its best fixed boom Telehandlers at the Bauma 2016 show.
HERCULES 190.10
With a maximum lifting height of 10.20m, and the maximum capacity is 19,000 kg the 190.10 is ideal for use in quarries, mines, ports and oil industry and for the maintenance of mining facilities. It is equipped with a FTP Stage3b/Tier4i engine capable of developing 129 kw of power.
The Hydrostatic transmission is equipped with a THIRD CENTRAL DIFFERENTIAL (with possibility of locking, if necessary): which, under load, compensates the wheels rolling differences on the front and rear axle, minimising the effort required and obtaining improved fuel savings.
It is equipped with a proportional distributor with electronic control "LOAD SENSING- FLOW SHARING" with 170 l. per minute and 350 bar pressure variable displacement pump, a boom raising regenerative system, which increases the empty boom lifting speed and the DIECI exclusive "Inching" pedal, which allows the machine run at slow speed with engine at full throttle.
The new colour TFT display gives an intuitive graphical interface allowing the operator to keep all the machine control information in one place, the new and more precise capacitive joystick with Deadman sensor gives greater control while the operator's comfort is increased with the cab air conditioning and heating systems having been upgraded.
HERCULES 120.10
The highly advanced hydraulic solutions on this "Heavy-Duty" model ticks all the boxes for safety, handling and comfort.
It is equipped with a FPT Stage3B 4-cylinder engine capable of developing 129 kw equal to 175 Hp. Machine weight: 170 q; maximum lifting height: 9.5 m; maximum capacity: 120 q.
Also equipped with the DIECI exclusive "INCHING" pedal allows the machine to travel at slow speed with the engine at full throttle alongside a 2-speed servo-controlled gearbox and hydrostatic transmission with variable displacement pump.
Additional safety comes from the oil bath braking on all four wheels and four-wheel, two-wheel and transverse steering.
DIECI PIVOT
With its articulated chassis and telescopic boom the T80 model of DIECI's PIVOT range will be on display. This is a Rubber-tyred range of loaders is manufactured in six different models (T40, T50, T60, T70, T80 and T90) differentiated by increasing operating weight.
These machines are extremely simple, with superior quality components, compact and light, ideal if you work in restricted areas, or you need a top performance machine with reasonable running costs to face any working conditions in total safety.
The T80 model carries a reliable 107 Kw FPT Stage4/Tier4 final engine, a Diesel Turbo Intercooler with an electronically controlled, common rail injection cooling system so you can achieve type approval to tow trailers of up to 15 tonnes.
The rear engine is installed to enable improved access during maintenance and to provide excellent visibility to the side and rear.
The transmission is of hydrostatic type, composed of a variable displacement pump and an automatic and continuously variable hydrostatic motor, which allows reaching very high speed on the road (from 0 to 36 Km/h) without the need to change gear, while keeping at the same time a high traction force.
Thanks to the compactness, reduced dimensions, four-wheel drive and articulated chassis, the turning radius is considerably reduced and even when operating the boom, it follows the steering axis of the front chassis, therefore the implement always remains perpendicular to the thrust axis, ensuring peak performance while working even with fully articulated chassis.
Other equipment provided include the Dana axles, the servo brake system to ensure greater work efficiency and safer site transfers, and the DIECI exclusive "Inching" pedal, indispensable for full control of forward speed, even with the engine at maximum revs.
APOLLO 25.6
The "Mini Handler" the APOLLO 25.6 is designed to meet the needs of builders merchants and small working sites such as underground sites, car parks, basements etc.
With a maximum capacity of 2,500 kg, a maximum lifting height of 5.78 m, a total unladen weight of 4,800 kg and dimensions of 4100 x 1840 x 1985 mm. Its KUBOTA engine reaches a top speed of 30 km/h whilst the oversized windscreens offer the maximum visibility.
PEGASUS 40.18/400
These flexible machines, with both continuous and non-continuous 360° rotation is ideal to replace cranes on some construction sites. They can be fitted with many different types of accessories, which makes them suitable to carry out numerous works.
It is ideal for the rental market with its ease of use, strength, reliability and a full range of safety devices. Including a load limiter for the basket, cutting-edge equipment for the total control of the vehicle in every effort, load, terrain and speed condition.
PEGASUS 45.30
The newest member of the Pegasus family and a natural evolution of the series, it is a compact vehicle that, incorporates new features that increase its performance.
The first is the 127 kW 4-cylinder FPT Stage 4/Final 4 After-cooler Turbo engine coupled to an electronically-controlled hydrostatic transmission that provides great power and immediate response to stress.
The hydraulic and fuel tanks have been increased, allowing longer re-fuelling intervals.
The lifting boom, equipped with 4 proportional extensions, reaches a maximum height of 30 meters. The use of the wide range of equipment is facilitated by an automatic recognition system. The machine can also be equipped with remote control, which ensures a perfect control of all attachments such as winches, crane extensions and baskets.
The machine remains perfectly level even when working on slopes or particularly uneven terrain thanks to the outriggers automatic levelling system. Furthermore, the automatic alignment of the wheels improves the driving comfort during the maneuvering operations in confined environments, where repeated changes of the steering mode may be necessary (from 2 to 4 steering wheels and vice versa).
Inside the cab a double capacitive joystick with CANBUS system ensures full control of the vehicle, which measures the best working and safety parameters through in-depth diagnostics, displayed in real time on the new colour touchscreen dual display with 3.5" and 7"screens.
The "ECOWORK" system combined with the joystick allows increased fuel savings, drawing power from the Diesel engine only when required. The already excellent cab comfort features are further improved by the adoption of a new SMART navigation system for controlling the main electronic functions of the machine: Driving modes, Minimum RPM control, Forward speed and Diagnostics.
ICARUS 40.17 JL
Particularly suited for large jobs in the construction and industry sectors, thanks to its strength, power and lifting characteristics.
With a maximum capacity of 4,000 kg, a lifting height of 16.90 m and an empty weight of 12,260 kg. It reaches a top speed of 40 km/h thanks to the KUBOTA 85 kw (114 hp) engine.
The engine hood has been designed to reduce the noise emission and optimize heat dissipation, operating in places which are often dusty the machines are equipped with separator pre-filter applied to the air filter, which prevents the entrance of dust and abrasive particles, always present in the working conditions, allowing greater efficiency and longer engine life.
The cab of the ICARUS range is ROPS -FOPS approved and equipped with all safety devices, enhanced air conditioning with selection of the best temperature in the cab and digital tachometer.
Other products on display include the well-known PEGASUS Range 40.18, 50.21 and the newest member into the family, the 45.30 as well as the L4700 Truck mixer.
Latest products from DIECE for the unique industrial needs of the American markets on display are the 12.56e and the 9.44.
