Firetherm publication explains fire stopping within properties

A new 32-page brochure fromFiretherm, a tremco illbruck brand, provides industry professionals with full details on the manufacturer's range of products and services for protecting construction movement joints, gaps and service penetrations.

Not only does the Firetherm range, which is profiled in the guide, comply with relevant EU and international regulations, many products also feature Optifire, the company's guaranteed traceability technology. This ensures products can be identified once installed, helping inspectors confirm compliance to specifications.       

Guidance begins on Page 6 with illustrations of the key requirement types including openings through compartment walls and floors, combustible and non-combustible service penetrations (including cable management systems), slab edge cladding and façade solutions.
