Russums is awarded the Feefo gold trusted service award for the fourth consecutive year


The team at Russums, the South Yorkshire based multi-channel supplier of catering clothing and equipment, is celebrating after winning the prestigiousFeefo Gold Service award for the fourth consecutive year.


Designed to recognise and reward businesses for delivering exceptional experiences, the Feefo Gold Service award is an independent seal of excellence that is based on verified customer reviews.


Russums met the criteria for the Gold Service Awards by collecting 395 reviews between January 1st2017 and December 31st2017, with an average Feefo rating of4.8 out of 5 for both customer service and products.

  1. Russums was established in 1830 as a brush manufacturer supplying the steel and coal industry. Post war production of lorry covers, tarpaulins and items made from canvas led to Rotherham College approaching Russums to make knife wallets for the staff and students. Such was the success of the wallets, that the College then asked them to source the knives to go in the wallets and so began the business suppling the hospitality and catering industries that Russums is known and respected for today.
