See how Lainox’s Kitchen Triathlon can save operators energy, time, effort and money

Excel London Stand H1831 25th-27th March 2024

Lainox will be demonstrating their full range of equipment at this year’s HRC, incorporating the innovative Kitchen Triathlon concept. This features the latest versions of its Naboo combination oven, Oracle high-speed oven and the Neo24 Hours combifreeze system. Together these three appliances form Lainox’s Kitchen Triathlon, a live cooking demonstration which showcases how these units complement each other to create an integrated cooking and holding solution that’s ideal for a variety of foodservice sectors.

Naboo 5.0 is the latest version of Lainox’s state-of-the-art combi oven. It includes numerous technical improvements over its predecessors, delivering faster cooking times, reduced energy consumption and increased control. The Naboo Coach virtual assistant provides advice throughout the cooking cycle, can analyse and suggest the right cleaning cycle, and inform operators if maintenance is required.  It can also record all data relating to energy, water and chemical consumption.

The Oracle XL is a larger version of Lainox’s popular Oracle high-speed oven which combines convection, impingement and microwave technologies to enable a wide range of menu items to be produced.  An internal chamber of 40x40cm allows for larger portions of food to be prepared, with powerful catalytic filters that have made the Oracle a popular choice for foodservice businesses wanting to offer freshly cooked, top quality food without requiring additional extraction systems.

The Neo 24 Hours combines the function of a blast chiller with hot holding/low temperature cooking. It can be used for a range of different functions including proofing bread and baked products, as well as low temperature cooking, defrosting and reheating, before seamlessly switching to chiller/freezer mode, allowing products to be stored in perfect condition until required.

Each of these products uses the same sophisticated touchscreen control system which features full connectivity.  The Triathlon concept sees them working together to deliver all the cooking processes required in a professional kitchen, in a compact and flexible way. Visitors to HRC interested in learning how the Kitchen Triathlon can make a chef’s life easier can book a slot at the demo table now.
