FEM
launches elegant and functional cocktail trolleys
As cocktails become ever more
popular, FEM has launched a cocktail trolley that’s ideal for upmarket venues
and events. Elegant, functional and manoeuvrable,
the trolley has been designed and developed by Spanish manufacturer Pujadas and
combines smart aesthetics with practical and innovative features. Its multiple storage spaces and work area
make it perfect for the mixologist who wants to present their drinks in
style.
The trolley’s body is a chic
matt black, made from carbon steel with an anti-rust coating, and is 985mm wide
by 630mm deep and 1325mm high. The standard
model has a solid oak worktop while the premium model adds a stainless steel
insert, containing a six-compartment condiment box, two 1/3 GN perforated
trays, specially designed for ice, and an internal drainage area.
Strategically placed
compartments, drawers, shelves and racks for glasses keep everything the
mixologist needs to hand, while the large worktop allows plenty of room for the
theatre of mixology. Heavy-duty swivel
wheels, two with brakes, ensure the trolley is both easy to move and rock
steady when there are cocktails to be made!
A separate bottle rack is also
available, designed to be hung from the trolley’s side rail in order to
increase capacity. The racks measure
235mm high by 120mm deep and 595mm wide and each trolley can accommodate up to
three of them.
List prices for the trolley
start at £3,250 plus VAT, while the bottle rack accessory is £152 plus
VAT.
