T3 Affinity helps retailers create exciting, interactive spaces to compete with internet sales

With internet shopping proving a real competitor for shoppers' business, display solutions such as T3 Affinity which allow retail designers to create interactive destinations that people want to visit are becoming an ever more important tool.

Philippe Van Ameyde, sales manager at Tecna Display said: "With around two thirds of internet users in the EU shopping online in 2016*, retailers are facing an ongoing challenge to get shoppers to come out to spend their cash in store.

"Our T3 Affinity system has been created to offer designers the flexibility to conceive and build retail displays that fit perfectly into the space available and offer an interactive experience that will keep customers coming back for more.

"It's a cost-effective option for building all the necessary features that make an area not only practical for displaying stock, but also offering state of the art, exciting digital displays and interactive features such as touch screens that give shoppers an extra reason to come into the store."

T3 Affinity has been designed and developed by UK company Tecna Displays Ltd together with specialist exhibition display manufacturer Lintel, part of the Ling Tong Group in China. It is a partnership that represents the best of UK design with ground-breaking Chinese manufacturing and development.

Philippe added: "With T3 Affinity the interchangeable graphics make it easy to update displays as seasons and special offers change, and the ability to safely incorporate electronic screens means that digital campaigns can be right there on the ‘frontline' and easily refreshed.

"Retailers invest a lot of money in their premises - whether that's rent, rates, power etc - and we want to help every single piece of that space work as hard as it can.

"And thanks to the simple ‘twist and lock' framework, when you do decide to make changes you don't need shopfitters or even a team from Tecna to help - your own staff will even be able to rebuild the display in a new configuration without needing any special skills or tools."

The T3 Affinity stand at Euroshop has been designed as a store front/retail area and will feature:

  • Pop-up changing rooms and curtain rails

  • Display rails for clothes

  • Moveable clothes racks

  • A variety of digital screens.

Visitors will even be able to ‘buy' an Affinity retro T-shirt from the shop.

Recruiting new distributors at the show

For retail display companies wishing to become a distributor of T3 Affinity, they can register their interest at the booth as the company is actively recruiting worldwide.

The company offers great trade pricing as well as marketing and technical support.

Philippe Van Ameyde, sales manager said' "We pride ourselves in building and looking after our distributors extremely well; we value their investment, time and energy, and over time they grow to be like family. Anyone looking to become part of our Tecna family can arrange to come and meet us at the show (go towww.t3affinity.com) or drop in to the stand; we're actively looking to increase our global reach and welcome them."

To coincide with this global recruitment campaign, T3 Affinity will be launching a quarterly "best designed display" for all the distributors. This will include both distributors and users of the T3 System posting their various designs, which will then be voted on by the public and their fellow distributors.
