82-year-old author's WW2 life story to be shown on the London stage March 20-24

Good afternoon,
We have been working with hard-working, unstoppable, 82-year-old author Lotte Moore for three years now and in that time she has published School Scooter Fun (children's picture book, December 2017), Marvellous Mavis (Urbane Publications, novella, July 2016), and Lotte's War (Urbane Publications, November 2016). Lotte also has an adults' novel coming out by Hashtag Press in May 2018. Lotte's War hit the number one spot in the Amazon bestseller chart just after release on Remembrance Day 2016 and has been read in schools by Lotte and used by teachers and parents to help teach 7-11 year old children about life in WW2 as an evacuee. Lotte is incredible...on March 20th her story will be told on the stage to children, teachers, parents and members of the public, at the Tabard Theatre in Chiswick. The show entitled A Child's War will run from 20th-24th and schools have already booked up to be a part of this incredible and immersive experience. Tickets are available: http://tabardtheatre.co.uk/whats-on/lotte-moore-a-childs-war/
If you would like to request a press pass for one of the performances, please get in touch.

London, United Kingdom, Thursday 15thFebruary 2018: A Child's War by Lotte Moore has successfully secured a run at the Tabard Theatre in Chiswick in March 2018. Inspired by the best-selling children's book Lotte's War (Urbane Publications, November 2016), the emotive story has been adapted for the stage by Nick Bromley and continues to be aimed at children (seven to 11-year olds) and, of course, adults are welcome! The show will help young people today to understand the true-life story of Lotte Moore - and the thousands of other young evacuees who were sent away from their homes, schools and lives - during the War.

Schools are invited to be part of the inaugural performances at the West London theatre from Tuesday 20thMarch to Saturday 24thMarch inclusive. At just 45 minutes long, it is perfect for younger children, and will provide vivid insight into WW2 from the perspective of a young girl. Lotte Moore is a prolific writer, with more than 20 children's books published since her writing career took off at the age of 70.
