Harry Webber has been appointed as
construction and development director of Golden Houses Developments.
The appointment comes as Golden Houses
Developments continues to enjoy increasing success as a leader in the high-end
London residential market.
Before joining Golden House Developments,
Webber, a specialist in managing projects and developments and a Part II
Architect, oversaw multiple projects in his role a Development Manager at the
Linton Group.
His projects have included the development of two large London prime residential developments: 57 flats and 6 commercial units at The Maple Building, the development of 19 flats at Cuthbert Street, where Webber first worked with Monika in a highly successful client contractor relationship.
Webber’s experience of residential
development will bring a new level of expertise to the Golden Houses
Developments team. Previously, he worked in management roles at Stace, where he
worked on projects for the Metal Box Factory and Bloomberg Hub, London City Airport.
He holds a BA and a postgraduate diploma, a Masters of Architecture.
Golden Houses Developments operates in the UK
construction space and specialises in high-end residential projects
particularly in the Greater London area. Golden Houses Developments brings
professionalism, integrity and skill to its projects. Its team aims to simplify
industry processes and to make the building process easier through consistent
attention to detail. Recent projects include residential buildings throughout
Greater London, including Highgate, Harrow, Angel, Putney and Hampstead.
Monika Slowikowska, founder and managing
director of Golden Houses Developments, is delighted to be welcoming Webber to
the team. Slowikowska said, "We have big plans for Golden Houses Developments
and are thrilled to welcome Harry to the team that will help us to deliver
these. The Golden Houses Developments team were drawn to Harry because of his
enthusiasm and success in his many completed projects to date, and we are
excited to see how he will contribute to the company's ongoing efforts in the
high-end London residential space."
Recognition for the firm is increasing steadily after it worked with the host of Amazing Spaces, a hit show on Channel 4, and was shown on the cover of ELLE Decoration in 2012. This high profile exposure is testament to Golden Houses Developments reputation for building excellent customer relationships and leading projects in the high-end London residential market.
