Invest With Fuzzy Brush

For a short time, investors have a limited opportunity to buy redeemable shares in the Fuzzy Brush, which offers the potential for mouth-watering returns.  Here is a brief guide to what you need to know.

Who is behind the Fuzzy Brush?

The Fuzzy Brush and everything to do with it, is the brainchild of serial entrepreneur Jim Drew.  What started as an idea sparked by a visit to a pancake restaurant has now turned into a fully-fledged young company, with a global distribution network.

When was the Fuzzy Brush invented?

The original idea for Fuzzy Brush came about in 1996 but it took around 6 years for the company to reach the form and structure which it essentially currently holds.  The intervening years were spent in what was effectively a process of trial and error, developing both the product and the packaging and then working on building a distribution network based on vending machines.

What exactly is the Fuzzy Brush?

The Fuzzy Brush is a disposable toothbrush which can be used without water, making it possible for people to clean their teeth (and freshen their breath) on the go wherever they are.  The success of Fuzzy Brush led to the introduction of Fuzzy Rock, which is an alternative way to achieve the same effect.  Anyone with teeth can find a use for the Fuzzy Brush!  When Jim Drew originally envisaged the product, he thought of it as a handy consumer item, enabling time-pressed people to improve their oral hygiene.  This is currently still the main market, but new markets are continually being discovered.  For example, hospitals and the military have both bought Fuzzy Brushes.  Fuzzy Brushes can also be recommended to certain niches of users for medical purposes, for example, they can be used to introduce autistic children to the process of teeth cleaning without traumatising them.

Where is the Fuzzy Brush sold?

The Fuzzy Brush is sold all across the UK, the U.S.A, Canada, Europe, South America, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific and distribution points are growing all the time.  In the beginning, the Fuzzy Brush was sold from vending machines and it still is, since this is a natural way for it to be made available in places where it is likely to be spontaneously purchased by people needing to use it immediately.  The most obvious of these areas is travel hubs such as railway stations and airports, but Fuzzy Brush is also often sold in leisure environments such as nightclubs and restaurants.  In addition to this, it is now also stocked by major retailers across the world, many of which are household names in their key markets.

How big are the profit margins?

With our current tooling set-up, the net profit margins on both the Fuzzy Brush and Fuzzy Rock are in the region of 40% (before corporation tax and excluding capital investment).

The offer for investors

Now that you know the key facts about Fuzzy Brush as a product, you’ll want to know about what Fuzzy Brush can offer investors.  At present time we are making available able 300,000 redeemable shares, which is equal to 30% of the company.  The shares can be redeemed after 12 months for the purchase price plus 9%, 10.7% or 12.43% depending on the number of shares purchased.  Your investment will be used to produce stock, which means that it is backed by a tangible asset as well as by a share certificate.  When you contact us to buy shares, we request a 10% deposit to secure them, which is payable by Visa or MasterCard.  You will then be invoiced for the remaining funds and can pay by bank transfer or payment card.  Once the invoice has been paid, we shall send you the remaining documentation.

One final point – we hope that this offering will lay the foundations for a launch onto the AIM within the next three years.  We are looking to attract medium- to long-term investors who appreciate the product and company and understand the relevant marketplace.
