Mortgage
Advice Bureau Swindon on Commercial Road
is celebrating one of its advisers for being shortlisted for the national network’s
Top Adviser – Newcomer Award 2017.
Ryan Key, 23, has made it to the last three candidates, which means he will
travel to the AGM conference on Thursday 4th May in Leicester’s Curve Theatre, to
hear the overall winner announced.
On receiving the news, Jeremy Morcumb, business principle of Mortgage Advice
Bureau Swindon, said: “Ryan’s place on the final shortlist is just outstanding
news. I think Ryan deserves huge credit for the dedication he has for our work
and clients. The whole team is proud of Ryan, and there really are no limits
for him as he continues to apply himself in financial advice.”
Ryan, a Chartered Insurance Institute regulated mortgage and protection
specialist, has already been recognised for his achievements since joining the
organisation in August last year.
By December — just four months into his role —the Mortgage Advice Bureau ranked
Ryan as the number one adviser in the south west.
It’s clear, therefore, that Ryan is a role model for all young professionals in
Swindon. As well as being shortlisted for the award, he has completed multiple
financial qualifications and is well on the way to becoming a fully-qualified
independent financial adviser (IFA).
Prior to joining Mortgage Advice Bureau Swindon, Ryan was self-employed. He
provided mortgages and payment protection plans to his own clients for three
years. In that time alone, Ryan managed lead-generation campaigns and embedded
himself in the UK’s largest financial network.
Ryan’s began his career in roles at Nationwide Building Society in 2010 and the
online health insurance comparison service Usay in 2011, as a Mortgage Adviser
and Senior Sales Adviser respectively. Now, Ryan waits eagerly to find out
whether he’s reached another impressive professional milestone.
Mortgage Advice Bureau benefits from its high-street location and excellent
reputation. It offers customers access to more than 90 lenders and 11,000
mortgage products exclusive to Mortgage Advice Bureau. The company has over
600 advisers across the UK and arranges around £8 billion of mortgages
annually.
Mortgage Advice Bureau has won the British Mortgage Awards five years in a row and the Money Marketing Financial Services Award for Best Mortgage Advisor three years in a row. In total, the business has won more than 50 awards in the last five years.
