 Evander Direct wins commendation for uPVC window and door repair process
 Environmental boost also cuts insurance costs dramatically

 The nationwide glazier and locksmiths, Evander Direct, have been praised for their innovative uPVC cleaning process that dramatically helps cut the need for replacement windows and doors that have been damaged in storms or fires.

 Chris James, the CEO of the waste management advisory board, WAMITAB, cited Evander Direct, judging it for a ‘Highly Commended' prize this week for Environment and Sustainability in the CSSA Awards, the leading UK cleaning services association.

 "Up until now, damaged uPVC windows and doors have often had to be thrown away for replacement. Evander Direct's uPVC sanitisation process enables repairs that brings them back to nearly immaculate condition and reduces the waste of materials significantly." Chris James said.

 Evander Glazing and Locks is now part of VPS Property Solutions, whose Regional Manager, Brian Leech, attended the awards ceremony at the Excel Conference Centre in London: "Coping with storm and fire damage is stressful enough for homeowners.
