NEW STATE-OF-THE-ART STRATASYS J750 PRINTER FOR CENTRAL SCANNING

A leading 3D scanning and 3D printing company based in the West Midlands, Central Scanning Ltd, has invested £200,000in the Stratasys J750, adding to their ever-growing range of state of the art 3D printers.

The J750 is a ‘true colour’ printer, the world’s first full-colour, multi-material and high-resolution machine of its kind. Offering multiple colour and material blends, the printer allows the versatility to blend different materials to achieve variable characteristics in terms of colour, rigidity or flexibility, and translucency in one model.

With layer thickness as fine as 0.014mm possible, the J750 is revered for the ultra-smooth surfaces and fine layers it creates. Next-generation print heads also ensure increased speed and print quality, another feature that leads to a first-class print finish.

Created by Stratasys, a brand renowned for their innovation in the 3D printing world, Central Scanning are excited about the possibilities the new printer’s capabilities opens up to their clients.

Nick Godfrey, Managing Director of Central Scanning, has commented, “The Stratasys J750 is undoubtedly a game changer for the 3D printing industry, and we’re extremely excited to have it in our arsenal. We’re constantly looking for ways to evolve as a company, and introducing cutting edge machinery such as the J750 is one aspect of this.

“The versatility this printer offers is unparalleled. We’ve already tested its unique abilities in some recent projects with fantastic outcomes, and look forward to seeing what results our team can produce with it in the upcoming months.”
