Scavolini Store West Hampstead sponsors Fortune Green Open Space

The Scavolini Store West Hampstead is proud to be this year's sponsor of the Love Our Green Sundays (LOGS) programme run by the local residents' community group, Friends of Fortune Green.

The LOGS programme brings together Friends of Fortune Green members, residents and neighbours on one Sunday a month over nine months of the year, to work with a trained horticulturalist.

Since it opened 18 months ago, Scavolini Store, which abuts the green has quickly become an easily recognisable Fortune Green landmark. The owners Brani and Peter Hadzhi, who live locally with their two sons, are already involved in the monthly clean-up and are sponsoring the green as they were keen to give back to the local community.

"The green is such a lovely open space and an important part of the community, and it is right on our doorstep. We love living here, our kids go to school locally and spend a lot of time on the green in the play area. We are sponsoring LOGS this year, we feel it's important to be involved in its upkeep so it looks welcoming and a place all the community wants to spend time in".
