GJS DILLON REAPPOINTED TO LLOYDS BANK VALUATION PANEL

FOR SEVENTEENTH YEAR

 

GJS Dillon has been reappointed to the Lloyds Bank Midlands region property valuation panel for the seventeenth consecutive year, and classed as ‘Good’ in its latest RICS Regulatory Panel audit.

 

The bank, which has more than 30 million customers, has signed up Worcestershire commercial property consultancy GJS Dillon to its Central Valuation Network Services panel once again.

 

GJS Dillon provides valuations of commercial properties against lending for the bank across Worcestershire, Birmingham and the Black Country.  It has worked for Lloyds Bank since 1999, while GJS Dillon Director Bill Fellows has advised Lloyds Bank for more than 30 years.
