GJS DILLON BROKERS WORCESTER GYM DEAL

 

Worcestershire commercial property consultancy and Chartered Surveyors GJS Dillon has helped bring a new low cost 24 hour gym to Worcester.

 

Acting on behalf of landlord Elite Properties, Sandy Macpherson, Commercial Negotiator at GJS Dillon, let Unit 2 Tolladine Road, Worcester, WR4 9NB, on a 10 year lease at an annual rent of £40,000 to Revolutions Fitness Worcester Ltd for the new gym.

 

Unit 2 Tolladine Road is a 6,500 sq ft office building on which Revolutions Fitness Worcester Ltd gained planning permission to convert to leisure use.

 

The new Revolution Fitness gym is now open.  It boasts 100 pieces of quality equipment, 150 free live classes a month, onsite expert guidance, dedicated changing rooms and free parking.

 

“Revolutions Fitness is one of a growing number of low cost gyms which are seeking to convert existing office and industrial buildings, typically outside town centres, to provide cost effective 24 hour access for their members,” says Mr Macpherson.
