Famed for its stunning white-washed buildings which overlook the cerulean blue of the Aegean Sea, Santorini is the epitome of a romantic, sun-kissed destination. Fashion designer Jody Bell has captured the simple charm and deep peace that flows through those iconic images in her new SS17 collection, Santorini.

In fewer than six months from the initial soft launch, Jody's creative flair has earned her a coveted place in the Nolcha "Ones to Watch" collective runway showcase during last month's New York Fashion Week, a feature length spot in Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langford's popular C5 series, How the Other Half Lives, and the endorsement of celebrities at this year's Cannes Film Festival.

Up-and- coming actresses Aggy K Adams, Eunice Olumide and Avyanna Snow trod the 2016 Cannes red carpet in Jody Bell creations. And it comes as no surprise that Jessica Pimentel (Orange is the new Black), professional dancer, Kristina Rihanoff (Strictly Come Dancing) presenters Laura Hamilton and Scarlette Douglas (A Place in the Sun) and Reality TV stars Lauren Simon (Real Housewives of Cheshire) and Danni Levy (Life on Marbs) all choose to wear Jody Bell.

Prominent among the reasons for the increasing popularity of her designs is the fact that Jody Bell is a humanitarian. As founder of her own charity www.grantawish.es Jody Bell believes in putting something back and every garment carries a heart shaped tag that demonstrates her pledge to give back a percentage of sales to Grant a Wish. She is passionate about producing clothes that not only look great but, importantly, allow women to feel good about themselves when they wear them.

Inspired by the clear, azure blue waters of the Aegean, the pink-domed cupolas and the historic buildings of Santorini, Jody Bell forthcoming collection is striking but relaxed, chic but feminine. The pieces are made in cotton, crepe de chine and silk in shades of blue, periwinkle and hues of pink and purple, and the majority are bespoke hand-designed prints. Many feature Jody's trademark, the fairy tale bell sleeve - and all have the perfect little signature rose gold bell attached!
