A leading Worcestershire commercial property consultant and chartered surveyor has been recognised as the county’s most active commercial property agent in a prestigious national competition for the second year running, with his company coming runner-up in the corporate competition.

John Dillon, managing director at commercial property consultancy GJS Dillon, which has offices in Droitwich, Worcester and Bromsgrove, has been crowned ‘Deal Maker’ of the year by Estates Gazette Interactive (EGi), a national publication and ‘industry bible’, after completing the highest number of commercial property transactions in the past 12 months in Worcestershire.

GJS Dillon was also named second in the corporate section of the competition which counts total commercial property deals made by the chartered surveying firms in the county.
