Oxygen brings a breath of fresh air to IMHX 2016

The growing demand for new and innovative building solutions across a diverse range of sectors was on show at this year's IMHX, with temporary building provider Spaciotempo experiencing unprecedented interest, as it launched its new product offering, Oxygen.

In an exhibition first, the company installed a temporary building on its exhibition stand, which incorporated the company's new product line, Oxygen, with its distinctive curved roof profile. Thishelped to generate a record number of enquires for Spaciotempo during the show as visitors were able to see first-hand the benefits that temporary structures can provide.Oxygen combines high end aesthetics with the look of a permanent building, both externally and internally, and is compatible with any Spaciotempo structure up to 8 metres in height.

It took just four members of Spaciotempo's in-house operations team 48 hours to construct the temporary building. This is representative of Spaciotempo's typical installation timescale for a building of this size, and provided IMHX visitors with an accurate demonstration ofthe immediacy of the solutions now available.

Visitors to IMHX were particularly impressed withthe Oxygen's use as a semi-permanent structure and the significant cost savings that a temporary building installation can deliver compared with a permanent building, with enquires coming from a wide range of sectors. As well as a significant increase in interest from warehousing and logistics companies, a number of serious enquires came from big name retail brands.

Sales Manager at Spaciotempo, Tony Farleycommented: "The scale and scope of interest in Spaciotempo's products at IMHX demonstrates that there is now a real demand for temporary buildings at a time when space is at a premium. The feedback from visitors has been extremely positive, with customers being particularly impressed by Oxygen's features and the benefits it offers as a semi-permanent structure. The large number of requests for quotes and site visits is a real indication of the definite need for alternative solutions for a wide scope of business issues."

The launch of Spaciotempo's latest product at IMHX comes as the company also releases its latest whitepaper:How can we solve the warehouse problem in the UK and Ireland?which explores the current climate within the warehousing and logistics sector, currently experiencing a significant reduction in viable building stock, against a backdrop of growing demand.

Commenting on Spaciotempo's research, Tony Farley continued: "Inconjunction with the launch of the new Oxygen product, Spaciotempo recently carried out extensive research into the current warehousing landscape, identifying a number of key issues and concerns from industry leaders, including rising rental costs, a thriving export market and a move away from XXL warehousing. The issues identified in our research were confirmed by a number of visitors to the stand at IMHX, who expressed that they had arealinterest in both our research and our building solutions. At a time when permanent structures are becoming more expensive and industry is becoming increasingly competitive, Spaciotempo is offering a real alternative."
