LAW FIRM PROMOTES OUTSTANDING SOLICITOR

Experienced solicitor Louise Miller has been promoted to associate at Newcastle-based law firm, Mincoffs Solicitors.

Louise  joined the firm as a solicitorin January 2011 as part of the Private Client team specialising in wills, estate administration and lifetime tax planning and was rated as ‘Outstanding’ byLegal 500 in October this year.

Louise is a member of ‘Solicitors for the Elderly’ and is trained to help older clients. She is often complimented on her patience and understanding and takes time to talk all matters through with her clients. Louise strives to offer peace of mind and sensible solutions.

Louise is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is a student member of the Association of Tax Technicians (ATT).

After  graduating from university in Newcastle upon Tyne Louise went on to qualify as a solicitor in her home town of Harrogate, North Yorkshire in September 2006. She has since continued her studies and has taken further exams in the area of Wills, trusts and tax planning.

Louise offers her clients’ clear, concise and reassuring advice on all aspects of asset protection work, specialising in wills, estate planning, trusts, probate, powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters.
