I am excited to introduce Mill & Brew, a new restaurant located in Mill Hill, Broadway. Open seven days a week, the head chef, Aiden, trained under Jamie Oliver and there are no half-measures here.

Following Jamie's well-publicised zeal for no-nonsense nutrition, chef Aiden crafts food which looks divine and tastes even better. The varied menu caters for gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options, as well as offering a bespoke recipe service to fulfil any request.

By sourcing only the best ingredients to deliver the freshest food possible. Dishes include local free-range eggs, award winning sausages & sourdough bread, authentic imported Greek feta and halloumi and burrata from the companion region of Naples.

The modern, rustic interior is the perfect setting for a coffee, brunch & lunch fix, and the delicious menu is built on the freshest, most sugar-free and healthiest ingredients as possible. Healthy certainly does not mean dull at Mill and Brew, with choices including crispy, twice-cooked chips and a sumptuous brisket burger, or maybe the freshest organic Bircher muesli served with apple, fig, almonds and raw chestnut honey.
