Tibetan lambskins, soft and silky fleece, the perfect throw or rug
These soft, sumptuous and unique Tibetan lambskins are sourced by The English Cowhide Company from the high mountains of Tibet and into Mongolia where winters are harsh, summers are hot and food is sparse.
These combinations of conditions create some of the softest and silkiest fleeces available; the fine texture of the long silky and curly wool is incredibly tactile.
The skins are tanned with a very soft suede back making them light and very flexible and therefore perfect as a throw for a sofa, chair or bed. They can of course also be used as the perfect rung.
These skins come from a ‘fat tail' breed, the shape therefore varies slightly to a regular sheepskin and dimensions are approx. 95-100 long x 70-75cm wide.
