Langham Hotel appoints Minimise Solutions to manage ESOS compliance
Minimise Solutions has been awarded a contract by The Langham, London hotel to manage its Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (ESOS) compliance ahead of the 5 December 2015 notification deadline.
Said to be Europe's first 'Grand Hotel', The Langham, London has 380 rooms and suites and is home to the world renowned restaurant Roux at The Landau, featuring menus from Michelin starred chefs Albert Roux and Michel Roux Jr.
To ensure The Langham, London can submit a fully audited and compliant ESOS report, Minimise Solutions will complete a full energy audit based on the hotel's half hourly energy data. If required, additional data will be compiled by the Minimise team.
The audit will build the hotel's energy consumption profile, breaking down the data to illustrate what is being used; when, where and by whom. This information will also be used to develop an effective energy conservation strategy for the hotel.
The audit will be reviewed by a qualified Lead Assessor and signed off ahead of submission to the Environment Agency.
