Watts Design Oak Crumb Board; a slice of quality

Inspired by Dutch bread board designs, Watts has crafted an eye-catching crumb board to match its oak wood toast tongs.

Crafted from oak, the crumb board is a two part device.Simply cut your loaf of bread in the rack and all the crumbs fall away into the tray below. It helps to keep your kitchen lovely and clean by catching all those annoying crumbs. The board looks great as well and can make for the ideal gift along with Watts' toast tongs for friends and family that love their kitchen.

From Watts Design's workshop on the fringes of the Exmoor National Park in North Devon, the company is primarily commissioned to create traditional and bespoke display cabinets, showcases and shop fits for jewellery boutiques, shop fitting and reception designs all with optional installation. The move into providing smaller and more personal products is a slight change in direction for Watts but the consistency of care and skilled workmanship applied to achieve a high-quality end product is the same.

Watts Design was first established by two brothers; John and Mike from their garage in 1990. By 1996 they had grown the company, through the niche market of shop-fitting catering predominantly to the jewellery trade, enough to buy land and move into purpose built premises in order to manage larger scale projects.
