Kelkay
to show new ranges at The Garden Press Event
Kelkay, the market-leading
manufacturer and distributor of aggregates, will show products from its biggest
ever launch campaign at The Garden Press Event in London in February 2015.
On show and in the new
2015 catalogue, journalists will see over 100 new products, some of which will
be showcased at the event. These will include aggregates, stone, water and
garden features, paving, edging and walling and building materials.
Antony Harker, managing
director at Kelkay, said: “2014 was an incredible year for Kelkay. Due to the
ongoing success of the new See it Used displays, we will be once again
showcasing this on our stand. The Garden Press Event is one of garden
industry’s big dates, and we’re planning to make a big impact there.”
Combining attractive and
informative point of sale, the See it Used displays promote multiple paving and
aggregate products offering retailers greater flexibility to merchandise. They
also provide better opportunities for linked sales whilst creating consumer
aspirations from the lifestyle presentations.
Kelkay’s
brand portfolio also includes Borderstone®, Build Mate®,
easyfountain® and Henri®, providing retailers with
a single source of supply for a wide range of garden products. These include
aggregates, stone, water and garden features, paving, edging and walling,
building materials, horticulture and winter products.
Much of Kelkay’s recent
focus has been on hard landscaping. The company has launched new and expanded
ranges of aggregates, paving, rockery stones and gifts.
Build Mate®
offers 16 building material products, including sand and cement, fix-a-post,
concrete mix, building, sharp and kiln dried sand and 10mm and 20mm gravel.
Build Mate won the Garden Landscaping award at the GIMA Awards 2014.
Another new launch is
Kelkay’s easyfountain® Twit Twoo collection. Consisting of
six bright and cheerful owls that can be placed anywhere in the home, making
them the ideal Mother’s Day gift. The Twit Twoo collection comes in six colours
and two striking designs, the popular owl makes an unusual and unique gift for
the home.
Kelkay’s aggregates help
to make gardens attractive and add value to homes. With the garden now seen as
an extra room in a property, people are making the extra effort to enhance
their outside space.
Kelkay’s Mediterranean
Collection comprises of premium products sourced from across Europe; Spanish
Corn, Italian Rose, Swiss Glacier and French Pearl named after their origins,
add a new twist of colours and styles to the market leading aggregates range.
The Borderstone® range
provides a broad collection of garden and driveway products, including the
best-selling stepping stones and edgings.
Kelkay edgings are
available in various styles. They offer the perfect finish to garden beds and
borders in paved or gravelled areas.
The Garden Press Event,
which enables the media to handle new products and speak with industry experts,
raises funds for Greenfingers, the charity which creates magical gardens for
children's hospices.
The Garden Press Event
2015 will be held at the Barbican Exhibition Centre, Silk Street, London EC2Y
8DS on Thursday 12 February 2015. Kelkay will be exhibiting on H21.
