Leading rural Wiltshire hotel to incentivise early booking ahead of packed festive season

DoubleTree by Hilton Swindon - the acclaimed hotel ideally located in the Wiltshire countryside just three miles from Swindon - will give events bookers a taste of Christmas in the height of summer.

Ahead of the 2018 festive season, DoubleTree by Hilton Swindon is anticipating another jam-packed events calendar. In order to encourage early booking and give event organisers a first-hand experience of the venue, DoubleTree by Hilton Swindon has announced a Christmas Sampler on Thursday, 7th June 2018.

The special event will allow attendees to explore the expanse of the hotel and its grounds while surveying the Lydiard Suite made up for Christmas.It is intended that the Christmas Sampler will allow events professionals to get a feel for the venue while enabling more efficient planning. Canapés and drinks will be enjoyed from 6.00 pm - 8.00 pm.

DoubleTree by Hilton Swindon's festive event policy is to make the planning and organisation fun and hassle-free. This extends from the exclusive summer event through to initial enquiries and the Christmas parties themselves.

Booking early for the 2018 festive season is strongly advised. To encourage event bookers not to miss their opportunity, DoubleTree by Hilton Swindon has announced a special promotion which will provide a free drink to every party member at festive events booked before 1st August 2018.

A wide selection of Christmas party packages are available at the DoubleTree by Hilton Swindon in 2018, catering for organisations and groups of all shapes and sizes. These include: 14Twelve, Midweek Office Lunch, Santa Sunday Lunch, Lydiard Party Nights Winter Wonderland Theme, Christmas Day, Lydiard Private Sunday Parties, January Lydiard Party Nights and New Year's Las Vegas Casino.
