Have your say on Cardiff’s musical landscape
A survey to find out what music lovers and industry professionals across Cardiff think about the city’s current musical landscape has launched today.

The survey forms part of the Council’s work with Sound Diplomacy to develop a music strategy for Cardiff and the results will play a crucial role in informing future work.

Cabinet Member for Culture & Leisure, Cllr Peter Bradbury said:  “We are excited to be working with global leaders, Sound Diplomacy on the most ambitious music strategy ever commissioned in the UK.  Now we need as many of Cardiff’s music lovers as possible to take part in this survey – it’s a real opportunity for people to make their voices heard and play a big part in developing the city’s music scene.”

The aim of the survey is to identify the many challenges and opportunities for music in Cardiff so that Sound Diplomacy can develop recommendations that will support and protect a healthy and sustainable music industry in the city.
