One Supplier, One Bag, One Solution - Introducing Set2Go

One Supplier, One Bag, One Solution
Introducing Set2Go from Dräger

Hemel Hempstead - With over 115¹ years experience in medical solutions for the Operating Theatre, Dräger truly understands the issues faced by caregivers in this challenging hospital environment. Offering solutions that simplify workflow and reduce room for error is a core focus for Dräger and Set2Go accessory kits have been designed to do just that.

When preparing an anaesthesia machine for the next patient,  visits to the store room to pick several items coupled with the checks required to ensure selections have been made correctly, can be a time consuming and sometimes error-prone task. Moreover, the provision, storage and reordering of each individual item causes considerable logistical and commercial effort. Set2Go simplifies this process by putting together the required accessories and consumables into one bespoke pack.

With Set2Go, keeping track of numerous article numbers for items needed to perform a single task is a thing of the past. Dräger experts work with customers to determine individual requirements for device set-up. A bespoke pack is created and allocated a unique part number, which simplifies the ordering process and helps reduce unnecessary errors.

Hygienically packaged, clearly marked and task-related.
Set2Go packs can be composed of more than 80 different disposable items, for example; hoses, filters, anaesthesia masks, tube extensions and CO2 cells. Extras such as hand ventilation bags, flow sensors or ID products from Dräger can also be included in the pack.

Hygienically packaged, clearly marked and task-related - Set2Go packs streamline processes and the storeroom, saving time and effort, which in turn allows caregivers to concentrate more on patient care.

¹At the beginning of the 20th century, the use of anaesthetic agents posed significant risks. Frequently, patients died because of imprecise proportioning of gases. Johan Heinrich Dräger and Professor Dr. Otto Roth put all their expertise to the development of an anaesthesia device, aiming at finally controlling anaesthesia. The"Roth-Dräger"was a ground-breaking innovation, positioning the Dräger company as an expert in the field of anaesthesia.
