4K Travel has announced the launch of a fully personalised travel and events management service to the corporate and consumer markets. The company works with clients across the UK to provide a tailored service, in which communication and the provision of a stress-free experience are priorities. They offer access to a large fleet of vehicles and knowledgeable staff who are able to organise a wide range of events and activities. 

4K Travel has a fleet of 70 vehicles, including executive cars and buses of 16 or 32 seats, and offers wheelchair-accessible travel. The fleet can be used for travel to events or destinations of any kind, anywhere in the UK. 4K Travel specialises in airport and seaport transfers, travel to sporting events (for both spectators and participants), wedding transport (for the wedding party and guests) and corporate travel. This can include travel to one-off events such as away-days and training; and executive cars and shuttle buses for employee transport.

The company's expert events management team can organise corporate and private events of any kind. Corporate events include evening office parties and daytime team-building events. Private events include stag and hen parties (with both daytime activities and nights out organised) and social events for families and groups of friends.

4K Travel’s drivers are all DBS checked and asked to demonstrate their driving ability and customer focus as part of their application. All drivers undergo training with 4K Travel’s sister company, 4K Driver Training. This includes both enhanced driving and road and vehicle safety training; and training in passenger assistance, disability awareness, emergency first-aid and child protection. They are asked to complete regular refresher training to keep their skills current. For passenger safety, drivers all wear a uniform and carry ID.

To say thank you to loyal customers, 4K Travel has developed a commission card. Individuals and organisations (such as travel agents) will be given cash rewards in exchange for each booking made.
