We wanted to give you an update on my healthy kitchen, a delicious range of nutritionally balanced ready meals. 

It's hard to find something new every day for lunch, and sometimes a sandwich just doesn't cut it... but with myhk you can be the envy of your office every lunchtime.

We all have the best intentions when it comes to our office lunches, planning nutritious, pack-up salads or freshly made soups, buying quick-cook quinoa to pop in a Tupperware box. Sometimes, though, it's hard to find the time in a busy lifestyle - and the best laid plans go right out the window.

But you needn't settle for shop-bought sandwiches, fast food fixes or uninspiring boxed salads. With myhk you can make a quick, delicious, and healthy lunch in just a few minutes.

Every single myhk meal is under 500 calories with no artificial flavours, colours, or preservatives. Instead of that supermarket sandwich, try our myhk Moroccan Prawn. It's asource of protein,low in saturates, andlow in sugar. Cooked with warming spices, our Moroccan-style king prawns are smothered in a fruity sauce and set on a bed of chunky red peppers, apricots, sultanas, fragrant coriander and giant couscous.
 
 

 

Youcouldgrab a salad from across the road. Or, you could have our myhk Roasted Mediterranean Vegetable Risotto. We've made this risotto with both Arborio rice and freekeh, a supergrainhigh in protein,fibreandB vitamins, as well as courgette, red peppers, onions, and a tangy tomato chilli sauce.
