SterlingOSB is popping up all over the place
 

With SterlingOSB there are no limits! The engineered wood panels by Norbord are popping up everywhere. They can be found on walls, roofs, offices, shop window displays and even in restaurants and dining areas - unpainted. 

SterlingOSB has taken centre stage this summer at the Little Feast street food and restaurant experience. Based in Shepherds Bush Market, the outdoor dining event has been running successfully since 2015, hosting over 60,000 visitors over the course of the four years. Every year, the space is transformed to give visitors an alternative dining experience, creating exciting scenes from Mediterranean Oasis to Norwegian Forest. 

With the aim of creating an aesthetically pleasing space that is built to withstand the large quantity of people who attend, SterlingOSB is a fitting choice for the event. The panels were used to decorate the venue, making up the walls and the seating furniture. 

The Little Feast is one of many events hosted by Incipio Events which specialises in creating new and exciting consumer locations and venues. The company sourced SterlingOSB from Acton Green Timber for a range of events and projects. 

Patrick Clarkson from Incipio Events has commented, ‘We really wanted to use materials that were robust and hard wearing but also gave a more unusual aesthetic when in its raw state. The product is really great to work with and of course it is very cost effective. It has an extremely diverse usage; the material caters for all of our ideas.' 

Unlike ply sold in the UK, SterlingOSB is a genuinely home-grown and sustainable product. It conforms to stringent structural testing which enables the product to be used for wall sheathing, roof decking and flooring.
