Worcestershire commercial property consultancy GJS Dillon has let a Worcestershire business unit to a growing company selling flavoured liquids for e-cigarettes.

 

The Ejuice Factory is taking a five year lease on Unit 10 Strensham Business Park, Twyning Road, Strensham, Worcestershire, WR8 9JZ, a 2,168 sq ft warehouse unit at an annual rent of £9,500.

 

Unit 10 is a modern warehouse / light industrial unit on Strensham Business Park which is situated close to the village of Strensham, two miles east of the A38 Tewkesbury/Worcester Road, within three miles of Junction 1 of the M50 motorway, providing good access links to the M5 motorway corridor and the wider national motorway system.
