9 May 2017

KWB TO OFFER RECEIVERSHIP AND INSOLVENCY SERVICE FOLLOWING ACQUISITION OF WORCESTERSHIRE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY

Birmingham independent commercial property agency KWB has acquired Worcestershire commercial property management firm David J Price & Associates in order to provide a new receivership and insolvency service.

The team from the Stourport-on-Severn based business joins KWB’s Property Management division, bringing great experience of receivership, insolvency and corporate recovery work, and a portfolio of commercial and residential management contracts throughout England and Wales.

David J Price & Associates was established by Mr Price in 2000, following a long career at GVA Grimley.

“David Price and his senior associate Toby Barnett have many years’ experience working with LPA Receivers, financial institutions, and firms and individuals specialising in corporate recovery, and this will be a valuable new addition to KWB’s range of management services,” says Mark Lenton, Head of KWB Property & Asset Management.

“David and Toby’s clients will benefit from being able to access a much more comprehensive property service from one source, and from our modern billing and accounts system.  We are looking forward to working together.”

Mr Price says: “KWB’s ethos of maximising value by pro-active and intensive property management, and of outstanding client service, is very much in keeping with our own, so I am delighted that we have been able to bring our businesses together.”

With offices in Birmingham and Solihull, KWB is an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors which offers a comprehensive commercial property service and unrivalled market knowledge across the West Midlands.  KWB has been trading for more than 25 years and its senior management team has in excess of 200 years combined professional experience.
