NEW AGENTS APPOINTED TO MARKET REFURBISHED CENTRAL

BIRMINGHAM OFFICE BUILDING

Blue Marble Asset Management (Blue Marble) has appointed new agents to market 63 Church Street, a fully refurbished office building in the heart of Birmingham’s professional quarter.

Blue Marble, which manages the building on behalf of Antringham Developments and Pemberstone Group, has appointed KWB and LSH to market the remaining 7,200 sq ft of office space over two floors in the five storey 63 Church Street building.

“63 Church Street is a quality building in a quality location.  As highly experienced office agents in this part of Birmingham, KWB and LSH will bring us a fresh perspective, which should help attract more potential tenants,” says Amy Haywood, Senior Property and Asset Manager at Blue Marble.

“It is a modern building behind a pleasing traditional façade, close to Snow Hill station and Colmore Row, with basement parking, in the heart of the professional quarter.  It offers a good opportunity for a range of occupiers which want to be in a prime city office location.”

Working with Antringham Developments, Blue Marble acquired 16,146 sq ft of prime office space at 57-63 Church Street and completely refurbished the grade II listed building.

“We have just put the third floor of the building under offer, so we only have two floors remaining,” continues Ms Haywood.

Further information is available from joint agents KWB and LSH.  Nigel Tripp or Malcolm Jones at KWB on tel. 0121 233 2330 or Charlotte Fullard at LSH on tel. 0121 237 2337 or via www.63churchstreet.co.uk
