RECORD YEAR FOR GJS DILLON VALUATION TEAM

GJS Dillon’s valuation team has got off to a flying start in 2017, after recording its best ever year for total of properties valued. 

The four strong team at the Worcestershire-based commercial property consultancy has already won new instructions in the first weeks of the New Year, after valuing a record £150 million worth of property in 2016.

The team, led by GJS Dillon Director Jonathan Mountford, acted for Lloyds Bank, as well for as a number of landlords, developers, and tenants of West Midlands’ commercial properties to provide vital valuation information for commercial property transactions and building insurance policies.

“We were very busy all of last year and even more so as we enter 2017, but we were very pleased when we totalled up the amount of property which we valued to exceed £150 million for the first time,” says Mr Mountford.
